Join award-winning documentary film maker, Dr. Pegi Vail, Director of Gringo Trails together with film maker Nana Rebhan, director of Welcome Goodbye Berlin and the director of the Berlin Green Me Festival, Nic Niemann, for a panel discussion on the role of film in showcasing the problems and promises of the global tourism industry, and what this means for travelers today. Moderated by Costas Christ, Editor at Large for National Geographic, this session will explore the bad, the ugly and yes, the good sides of tourism, including films clips on location in different countries, along with Q&A with the audience.
