Applications invited for the ITB Buyers Circle

Exclusive meeting place features a wide range of services for hand-picked senior buyers – Decision-makers conclude business worth several million euros – New: ITB Speed Networking event and matchmaking tool for appointments

The ITB Buyers Circle is currently inviting senior buyers from around the world to apply for one of its coveted places. Some 1,000 national and international buyers representing the leisure, business travel and MICE sectors will benefit from the exclusive free services of the ITB Buyers Circle, enabling them to organise their visit with maximum efficiency and ensure even greater success. Free services await registered buyers. They include admission to ITB Berlin and the ITB Berlin Convention, access to the exhibition grounds via Fast Lanes from 8.30 a.m. and various shuttle transport services.

Once again, the ITB Buyers Circle Lounge can be found in the Marshall Haus in the Summer Garden at Messe Berlin, where senior buyers can make use of a fully equipped workplace and separate rooms for meetings, and take breaks and relax.

Services also include admission to the Speed Networking event on Thursday, 9 March 2017. For the first time buyers can make use of a matchmaking tool to set up appointments ahead of the event. Never before have buyers received such a tailor-made and focused opportunity to meet exhibitors at ITB Berlin.

Over the past five years the ITB Buyers Circle has become a sought-after meeting place for senior buyers from around the world. Some 80 per cent of the participants attend in a direct decision-making capacity, with a purchasing power in excess of 500,000 euros. Close to 27 per cent even have over ten million euros and more at their disposal.

About ITB Berlin and the ITB Berlin Convention

ITB Berlin 2017 will take place from Wednesday to Sunday, 8 to 12 March. From Wednesday to Friday ITB Berlin is open to trade visitors only. Parallel with the show the ITB Berlin Convention, the largest event of its kind, will be held from Wednesday, 8 to Saturday, 11 March 2017. In 2016 over 10,000 companies and organisations from 187 countries exhibited their products and services to 180,000 visitors, who included 120,000 trade visitors.
