Your online entry as a company within the online catalogue is your digital business card. Update your exhibitor profile before the trade show to be easily found and to present your innovations.
The Virtual Market® place serves as a research platform for all visitors – long before ITB Berlin starts, it is the place for your online presence. During the trade show, the ITB App and the website’s interactive map of the exhibition grounds is linked with your Virtual Market Place® profile, making it easier for visitors to find you.
Also add individual contact persons of your staff within your profile for free to get more suitable enquiries.

The services are automatically included in your stand registration to optimize the trade show presence of every main and co-exhibitor:
- Exhibitor entry in the online catalogue "ITB Berlin Virtual Market Place"
- Exhibitor entry in the ITB App (from February on)
- Exhibitor entry in the exhibitor list of the ITB Quickfinder (PDF, 3.2 MB) (at the trade show)
- Link between the exhibitor entry and the interactive exhibition grounds map (from February on)
Co-exhibitor data
Co-exhibitors may receive their own log in details for the VMP directly and update their entry independently. The main exhibitor just has to contact the editorial team of ITB Berlin Virtual Market Place to confirm.

As a new exhibitor, you will receive your login data from the Virtual Market Place® Team. You can also log-in with last year’s username & password

After logging in, changes to your exhibitor entry can be made on your own at www.virtualmarket.itb-berlin.com/en/exhibitor-area/login, or with the help of the Editorial Team. Changes apply in your basic data of the Virtual Market Place®, the ITB App and the ITB Quickfinder. - 3. Stick out of the crowd

Why should I specify personal contact persons in my profile?
Specify a personal contact person in the Virtual Market Place® Specify a personal contact person in your exhibitor profile – this makes it possible for potential customers to directly establish contact with the appropriate department and meetings will be more effective.
Your contact persons can create a networking profile in the Virtual Market Place® and then publish it in the ITB Networker Directory. The networking profile can then be linked to your exhibitor entry in the Virtual Market Place®. View here how you can connect the exhibitor entry with the networkîng profile.
The new appointment planer of the Virtual Market Place® assists networkers to arrange appointments with both exhibitors and trade visitors.
