Timeline for exhibitors

All important dates for exhibitors at a glance.

Opening times:
daily 10 a.m - 6.p.m. (for exhibitors: 8:30 a.m.– 7 p.m.)

Construction times:
26 February - 4 March 2014, daily 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.

Dismantling time:
09 March 2014, after 6 p.m.
10-13 March 2014 daily from 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.


Additional Passes

  • You can buy additional exhibitor passes and trade visitor passes online starting by December 2012. These passes are personal passes. Please use the online-ticketing to avoid queuing on-site and to use the fast track at entrance south and entrance north of the venue.

    Foreign exhibitors can also book exhibitor- and trade visitor passes through our representatives in their country .

Additional vouchers for exhibitors and trade visitors badges

  • If necessary, you can order additional vouchers for exhibitors or trade visitor passes with the order form for name tags. These vouchers are necessary if you don’t know the name yet of the badge holder. The vouchers can be redeemed at every registration desk at ITB Berlin.

    Advice: The additional vouchers can not be used for online ticketing!

Catalogue Entry

  • The printed catalogue for ITB Berlin will be edited by A. Sutter Fair Business GmbH, Bottroper Str. 20, 45141 Essen.

    After registering for ITB Berlin, all exhibitors can approve their catalogue entry and book additional entries at www.itb-catalogue.com . Please note that offers for exhibition or trade show guides you receive from other publishers as e.g. the "Expo Guide" are not authorized by ITB Berlin.

Environmental Zone

  • The Environmental Zone is the area within the so-called S-Bahn ring, the light railway line encircling central Berlin. Vehicles may only enter this area if they display a valid sticker showing that their emissions do not exceed a specified level of fine particulates. This rule also applies for foreign vehicles. For more information, please click here.

Exits after 8.00 PM

  • During evening events at the stand, your guests cannot use all of the possible exits. Please look at the exit plan for evening events, which you can download here (Plan is available from July 2013). Please also remind your guests to pick up their wardrobe in time.

ITB Berlin News

  • What is "ITB Berlin News"?
    A new source of information for international visitors: with ITB Berlin News, Messe Berlin launched the first English-language magazine especially for trade visitors and journalists from abroad in 2013. This magazine will provide readers with an overview of information and news items on a daily basis, as well as a review of planned events. ITB Berlin News will be produced by the publishing company Cleverdis.

Opening Ceremony

  • The opening ceremony takes place on 4 March, 2014 at 6 p.m. in the International Congress Centrum ICC Berlin, within saloon 1. Booking information are available from December 2013.

Smoking Ban

  • Due to legal restrictions, there is a strict smoking ban on the whole fairground (incl. ICC). We kindly ask you to smoke only within the specific assigned areas. We advise you as an exhibitor of ITB Berlin to inform your contractual partners about the non-smoker protection law which applies since January 1st, 2008.

Traffic Guide

  • Please pay attention to the regulations for entering and exiting the grounds during the ITB Berlin 2014. Make sure that your contractors and collaterals get the Informations to.
